This 2 coach DMU (Diesel Multiple Unit) was the train for our visit to the Zig Zag Railway. It was previously in use on the Queensland Railway.

Harry Potter Specials
Finally we visited the Zig Zag Railway workshops where we were able to view this magnificent Locomotive used to pull Harry Potter Specials to and from platform Nine and Threequarters.

Scenic Railway
We visited the Katoomba Falls and started our journey into the Jamison Valley on this Scenic Railway. We then were able to traverse the World Heritage listed Rainforest via an elevated walkway.
Pam in the Mountain Devil
Around 1929 increasing numbers of walkers were begging lifts in the empty coal trucks so this carriage was put in service to raise additional revenue
